Trinity | ERD is a premier international engineering consulting firm. Our design work relates to waterproofing, from below grade to roof tops. We are currently hiring for an Executive Assistant to our CEO.
This is a highly visible, busy and critical position in our small, dynamic firm. The right candidate has a strong administrative background at the executive level and heavy project experience. 2-4 years minimum working at the executive level. Bachelor's Degree will be preferred, not required. Our ideal candidate is very well written, experienced with construction or consulting, has a high energy level and a strong work ethic.
The duties of the executive assistant include managing the flow of information to the CEO; executing and delegating tasks as necessary; drafting, reviewing and finalizing complex legal correspondence and reports; managing agendas, schedules, and complicated logistics; tracking CEO's time and expenses; and other duties as assigned including report writing and complex project work.
