Marcus is an AIA member, licensed in Washington State, who joined Trinity | ERD in 2001 as a Staff Architect. He has over thirty years of professional experience including as Principal of two Architectural firms, where he exercised oversight of schematic designs and overall design. Marcus also was a staff architect and partner in a development and construction firm. He received his Bachelor of Architecture degree from University of Washington in 1972, and was licensed as an Architect in 1976.

Marcus's work includes Architectural redesign of building envelopes. He regularly is deposed and gives testimony as an expert witness for Standard of Care issues in cases.
