Services: Capital Reserve Studies

The physical components of a building will eventually break down and need to be repaired or replaced. Planning for these inevitable expenses and saving funds to address them in advance can prevent the need for large, unplanned expenditures.

A capital reserve study is a budget planning tool which identifies the current status of building components and makes a prediction on future maintenance requirements. Reserve studies also provide an estimate on the funds necessary to address future building issues in a timely manner. Typically, reserve estimates are made on a thirty-year basis and include all common area components of a building or property.

No matter what type of building is being evaluated, Trinity | ERD has the experience and expertise to provide clients with comprehensive, understandable and accurate capital reserve studies to help predict and plan for future maintenance issues.
